Maternity sessions are designed to help you feel confident, comfortable, and beautifully supported.
Every image you see in my work is created through careful guidance and direction - not prior modeling experience. Almost all of my clients share that the only other time they've been professionally photographed was at their wedding. The women you see in my work are everyday mothers-to-be who arrived feeling nervous and unsure of what to expect, and ultimately left with images that reflect their strength, beauty and confidence.
During your session, you’ll be guided through clear, intentional posing and movement prompts. Poses and transitions are demonstrated for you to mirror and thoughtfully broken down with easy-to-follow direction, including guidance on hand placement, posture, hair movement, and where to look, so nothing ever feels uncertain or awkward.
Before your session, we’ll discuss your vision together and review styling options together. I’ll outline what to bring to help bring that vision to life, and you’ll also have access to a curated studio wardrobe, with the option to incorporate select pieces into your session.
